• Creating and implementing strategies that position the client to be eligible for LTC Medicaid benefits as soon as possible
• Serving as the Authorized Representative for the client to Medicaid, preparing and defending the application to approval
• Offering the option to retain our Authorized Representative services during Medicaid annual reviews to maintain eligibility
• Remaining in service to the family through the Medicaid Estate Recovery process
